I think it's a TV movie? The article said it was being made for the Sci Fi Channel. They might release it in some other format.

It's not gonna be in theaters. Is a TV movie made for SciFi channel. I hope it will air in September.

More info about the plot:
48 Hours meets Blade when a Special Forces officer, Bobby Quinn (Dean Cain), is killed is resurrected as part human/part zombie and must use his special abilities to stop the spread of a deadly zombie infection, teaming up with a band of unlikely heroes including the military base's acerbic cook, Judson (Guy Torry) and an ass-kicking thingytail waitress, Holly (Susan Ward).

The new release date is up to October 2006 now! Could this movie be released around Halloween? Then Susan will have two movies coming out that weekend!

Sorry for the confusion. What I meant is that its TV premiere is up from December to October 2006. And I guessed that it must be around the Halloween.

I think they will if enough people are going to watch it. Both for the premiere night and the repeats. I know I will watch it and I will buy the DVD if available.
